Typical Delivery Schedules

Backboxes: Same day if order received before noon (Mountain Time).

Artwork: Submittals in 3-10 working days. CAD files are sent for final approval via e-mail (Standard). When requested, we will send plots by two (2) day air service. One (1) day air service is available upon request at no charge.

Annunciators: 7-21 days after drawing approval.

CAD Service

E-mail your computer generated file of graphic layouts, to vince@hrkirkland.com. From your file, we will produce your drawings for approval. Artwork will be returned, via e-mail, for customers final approval. Our final artwork will be processed with a postscript output with unlimited colors available.

Warranty

The following is in lieu of any and all warranties expressed, implied or statutory including, but not limited to any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose, any warranties tendered by purchaser, or any other obligation on the part of the seller. There are no warranties which extend beyond the following language. Sellers warrant that at the time of delivery, the equipment delivered under this contract will conform to the specifications provided to seller and as set out herein, and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Limitation of Remedies and Damages

If the equipment furnished by seller fails to conform to the foregoing warranty, sellers sole and exclusive liability shall be to repair or replace defective equipment. If repair or replacement is made, seller shall have a reasonable time in which to make such repair or replacement. Notice of defective equipment must be given to the seller immediately upon discovery of defect. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY BREACH OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CONTRACT.

Legal Action

No legal action shall be brought by purchasers against seller for any claim with respect to any equipment sold pursuant to this contract more than one year after delivery of such equipment to purchaser. It is agreed that any cause of action with respect to such equipment shall accrue on the date of delivery of such equipment.
